Cinnamon

There is so much complication in our lives between work, family, and the neighbor’s cat that always looks at you like she’s trying to warn you of something. Let’s keep some things simple. This is our cinnamon ice cream. It’s perfect. Yes, we could add bits of sliced apples or a pie crust crumble but there is enough clutter in our lives. Let’s just let this one be.

Ingredients: Cream, Milk, Pure Cane Sugar, Nonfat Milk, Egg Yolks, Ground Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Less than 0.2%: (Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum).
