Skagit Strawberry Ice Cream Sandwich

To make a great strawberry ice cream, could we have used a pre-made puree? Sure. Could we use flavorings or colorings? Probably. But we don’t. These are real strawberries in this ice cream. Not to give away our secrets but we blend them up and throw them right in. Go ahead and send us a complaint about the strawberry seeds. We’ll take it as a compliment.

Ingredients: Cookies: (Pure Cane Sugar, Butter (Cream (Milk), Salt), Wheat Flour, Eggs (Whole Egg, Citric Acid, Water), High Fat Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Pure Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt, Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)), Skagit Strawberry Ice Cream: (Milk, Cream, Pure Cane Sugar, Strawberries, Nonfat Milk, Lemon Juice, Sugared Egg Yolks (Fresh Egg Yolks, Cane Sugar), Less than 0.2%: (Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum, Cane Sugar).
