Skagit Strawberry

To make a great strawberry ice cream, could we have used a pre-made puree? Sure. Could we use flavorings or colorings? Probably. But we don’t. These are real strawberries in this ice cream. Not to give away our secrets but we blend them up and throw them right in. Go ahead and send us a complaint about the strawberry seeds. We’ll take it as a compliment.

Ingredients: Cream, Milk, Pure Cane Sugar, Strawberries, Nonfat Milk, Lemon Juice, Egg Yolks, Less than 0.2%:(Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum).
