Wild Blackberry

As a child, my mother made a deal with my sister and me that she’d bake us a pie for every 5 pounds of blackberries we picked. They were delicious. I can’t remember where I was going with this story but this flavor is excellent, and you don’t even need to pick the blackberries.

Ingredients: Cream, Milk, Pure Cane Sugar, Blackberries, Nonfat Milk, Lemon Juice, Egg Yolks, Less than 0.2%: (Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum).
